As a result, our students become well-rounded and well-prepared for success in any endeavour.
We are Specialist Ofsted registered childcare, Tuition and learning centre supporting our local communities to learn and prosper. We are passionate about education and have combined experience of education sector. Throughout our lives we have helped hundreds of thousands of adults/children improve their skills in English, Maths and Science. First Call Childcare is an established learning centre and training provider and has been tutoring adults and children for many years privately.
The centre is situated in the Luton and Bedford area covering most wards of Luton and Bedford; easily accessible by bus or car. Whether you or your child learning needs are immediate or long- term, we make for them a tailor-made plan that gets results.

Our Teachers
Our teachers are all subject specialists and fully experienced, DBS checked. Our teachers are trained to work with children. Our study plan with children involves a creative approach. We try and make lessons fun and interesting while strictly maintaining the National Curriculum as a guideline in regards to what needs to be covered.
We try to understand the psychology of the child and use various strategies to provide incentives. We have designed reward schemes to keep children more interested in their class work and homework. The Primary years are fundamental in the development of building blocks for all subjects, but particularly Maths, Science and English. Not only do we aim to improve the child's foundations in Maths and English, but we also try and ensure good behaviour and code of conduct in class.
We run two different reward schemes to encourage the child with homework and behaviour.

Our approach includes an emphasis on skills known as the key Functions—vital components of independent thought and action. These tools are what allow our pupils to become competent and confident students. We prepare our students with skills for Time Management, Organisation, Prioritisation, Focused Attention, Working Memory and Long-Term Performance.

Tuition Classes
First Call Childcare provides tuition for students in mathematics for key stage 1 – key stage 4 and plus A Level or Higher education.
